Scitek Fluorescence Spectrophotometer SP-LF97
Product Description
SP-LF97 Fluorescence Spectrophotometer
150W Hamamatsu xenon lamp enabling high-intensity excitation from 200–900 nm
Wide spectral range: 200–900 nm excitation & emission with 10 nm slits
Exceptional sensitivity: Detects ≤1×10⁻¹⁰ g/ml quinine sulfate; S/N up to ≥10,000 (RMSBG)
High stability & accuracy: Wavelength accuracy ±1 nm, repeatability ≤0.5 nm, zero drift ±0.3
The SP-FL97 Fluorescence Spectrophotometer delivers ultra-high sensitivity, fast scanning, and broad spectral coverage (200–900 nm) using a 150W Hamamatsu xenon lamp. It achieves a detection limit of 1×10⁻¹⁰ g/ml, a signal-to-noise ratio ≥10,000 (RMSBG), and excellent linearity (γ ≥ 0.995). Multi-speed scanning up to 48,000 nm/min enables full spectra in as little as one second, supporting high-throughput workflows. With precise wavelength accuracy (±1.0 nm), stability, and USB2.0 connectivity, the SP-FL97 ensures reliable data transfer and analysis. Compact yet powerful, it is ideal for biochemical research, clinical diagnostics, drug testing, materials science, and food safety laboratories.
