The LEIA-X4 is a high-performance real-time PCR system designed for flexible, high-throughput applications. It accommodates standard 96-well plates, 8-strip tubes, or single 0.1 ml tubes and supports reaction volumes from 10–50 µl. With four fluorescence channels, LED excitation, and an MPPC detector, it delivers precise, linear detection across a dynamic range of 1–10¹⁰ copies. The system offers fast ramping up to 5 °C/s, excellent temperature accuracy and uniformity (±0.3 °C), and full-plate scanning in just 8.5 seconds.
